Our team, constructed this remarkable facility in under 3 months! We worked long hours, and even through weekends to meet our client's deadline. This facility features: an oversized pool, 5ft wide deck made with composite material, dog kennels, shower, and a custom designed ventilation and dehumidification system throughout the facility.

Located in Lower Lonsdale, this project features a 3 bedroom + den with 2.5 bathroom duplex with 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom legal suite.

The pandemic was right in the core of this project, and resulting many unknown complications, delays, and unforeseeable challenges. However, at the end this project was a big success and sold in matter of days after completion.
